Honor Tech

Pricing

Clear rates for work that needs to hold up.

Honor Tech projects start at $85 per hour. We match the delivery model to the problem, confirm the rate before work begins, and keep defined work predictable.

A useful starting point

The work sets the rate.

Rates reflect the expertise, complexity, urgency, risk, and responsibility involved—not a surprise adjustment after the work has started. If the right fit is a fixed project fee, we will say so.

01

$85/ hour

Standard delivery

A practical starting point for focused implementation, maintenance, testing, documentation, and support.

  • Routine development and enhancements
  • Application support and maintenance
  • Reporting, automation, and integrations
02

$110–$125/ hour

Senior & complex work

For work that needs deeper technical judgment, more coordination, or a higher level of delivery responsibility.

  • Architecture and technical planning
  • Complex troubleshooting and integrations
  • Project leadership and delivery oversight
03

Up to $145/ hour

Specialist & priority work

For specialized expertise, security-sensitive work, unusual technical requirements, or accelerated timelines.

  • Specialized senior resources
  • Higher-risk or time-sensitive work
  • Priority response by prior agreement

All rates are in U.S. dollars. The applicable rate, scope, assumptions, and approval points are documented in writing before work begins. Rates do not include third-party subscriptions, vendor fees, or approved pass-through expenses unless the proposal says otherwise.

Choose the right shape

Price the work around the way it needs to move.

Some problems need flexible hours. Others benefit from a defined outcome or a steady technical partner. We will recommend the model that makes the work and the investment easiest to understand.

Hourly work

Use hourly delivery when the work is evolving, the system needs investigation, or you want to keep priorities flexible as we learn more.

  • Rate confirmed before work begins
  • Work tracked against the approved scope
  • Useful for support, discovery, and enhancements

Defined project

When the outcome, deliverables, and timeline are clear, we can quote a fixed project fee so the investment is easier to plan.

  • Clear deliverables and assumptions
  • Milestones and approval points
  • Changes handled openly before they expand scope

Ongoing support

For important software that needs a dependable owner after launch, we can define a recurring support arrangement around your systems and priorities.

  • Agreed communication paths
  • Priorities and response expectations
  • Maintenance, monitoring, and enhancements

Useful flexibility

Make the first step smaller when it should be.

A limited budget does not always require a weaker solution. We can often reduce the first scope, sequence the work, or start with the highest-risk part of the problem. When a lean delivery model makes a project-specific rate practical, we will state it plainly in the proposal.

Common questions

The useful details before we begin.

Is every project billed at $85 per hour?

No. $85 per hour is the starting rate for standard delivery. The final rate depends on the complexity, risk, urgency, and expertise the work requires. We confirm the applicable rate before work begins.

When would the rate be as high as $145 per hour?

A rate up to $145 per hour may apply when a project needs specialized senior expertise, security-sensitive work, an unusual technical skill set, or an accelerated response. We do not change the rate unexpectedly during an engagement.

Can Honor Tech quote a fixed project price?

Yes. If the scope, deliverables, assumptions, and timeline are clear enough to estimate responsibly, we can provide a fixed project quote. For uncertain work, a focused discovery or hourly assessment is often the safer first step.

What if our budget is limited?

We can usually look at reducing the first scope, sequencing the work, or prioritizing the highest-risk part of the problem. When a lean delivery model makes a project-specific rate practical, that rate is stated clearly in the proposal and does not change the published standard rate.

Does the team ever include project partners?

Depending on the work, Honor Tech may use client-approved project staffing or specialized partners. Honor Tech remains responsible for communication, coordination, and the quality of the agreed deliverables.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial conversation is used to understand the opportunity, identify constraints, and recommend the most useful next step. A detailed estimate or project plan may require a separate paid discovery engagement when the situation calls for it.
